I adopted a “primal” lifestyle in April 2011. I gave up grain, sugar and processed foods as staples of my diet. It’s a diet that I enjoy eating but it is challenging with a family.
I follow the 80/20 rule… 80% of the time I eat clean…20% of the time I indulge in foods that I consider “bad”.
My fitness routine encompasses an outdoorsy active lifestyle including cycling & hiking complemented by BodyPump at Goodlife in Jan-Feb-Mar so as not too get too out of shape during those long cold winters.
