My Truths #10 (chocolate and red wine)
Say yes to dark chocolate and red wine! Dark chocolate (over 70%) and dry red wine are good for you as an occasional treat. They are both relatively low in carbs and full of antioxidants. One glass of wine daily is even recommended for women. Just be careful…one glass often leads to two and in my experience this often leads to a reduction in willpower leading to poor food choices. A slippery slope indeed!
